Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

You may notify us of your withdrawal, for example, by email or by post.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will generally use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional charges as a result of the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
Returning the Goods
You must return the goods no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

We will provide you with the return address applicable to your order.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods in the event of a statutory withdrawal.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to individual customer specifications or clearly personalized to the customer’s personal requirements.
This applies in particular to personalized products where the customer provides, for example, their own text, name, image, design or other individual specifications for production.
Your statutory rights regarding defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
