Refund policy
Under what circumstances do we offer returns and refunds?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products after receipt. The
customer may request a refund for any reason. We will refund the
purchase price if the product does not meet expectations, the item was delivered
damaged, or in an unusable condition. The product can only
be accepted for return if it is unworn and unused.
What does the customer need to do for a refund?
To receive a refund, you must notify us that you wish to return the product
within 30 days of receiving your order by sending
an email to our customer service at support@azikx.store. The return must include an order number as well as your name and address so that
we can quickly identify it as yours. You will then receive the address of the return center and must ship the item to the provided address.
Who bears the costs?
The cost of the return shipment is borne by the buyer.
What happens if I receive a clearly defective item?
In the event that the customer receives a damaged product, we will resend the
same product free of charge. The customer does not need to return the damaged product to
us. A product is considered defective if 1) the product was physically
damaged during shipping, e.g., torn fabric; 2) the product does not
match the ordered model; or 3) the product is missing parts, e.g., shoelaces.
When can the customer expect a refund?
A refund will be issued within 2 days of the return's arrival in the form
of a reimbursement via the originally selected payment method. Once the
refund has been sent, the customer can expect to receive it within 5
business days, depending on payment processing.
