I recently placed an order. When can I expect it to ship?
We are working hard to expedite the shipping process for our orders. Please allow 1-3 business days for production before your order ships. On average, shipping takes between 2-5 business days for Germany, and 4-8 business days for the United States. The tracking number will be provided in your order confirmation email. If you have not received a tracking number, please contact us by email: support@azikx.store
I am not satisfied with my order. Can I return it? What if there are any issues?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee in case of product defects or damage. You have 30 days to return the item to us for a full refund. Once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please make sure the returned package includes your name and order number.
Please note: If your package is in transit, you must wait for the package to arrive before you can initiate the return process.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours without incurring any costs. Please make sure to cancel your order before it ships. However, if you contact us after 24 hours and the product has already shipped, please refer to our returns and refund policy once you receive the product for a full refund.
I entered a wrong address. What should I do now? If you accidentally entered a wrong address, please reply to your order confirmation email to confirm the error. If the address provided is incorrect, we can correct it within 24 hours with the correct address. Please note that after 24 hours of submitting a wrong address, no refunds will be issued.
