Shipping policy

We only ship our products within Germany and the United States via DHL, DPD, UPS, USPS, FedEx and Hermes.

Shipping Costs

  • Germany & United States: Free shipping

Order processing before shipment takes an average of 1 to 3 business days.

Once your order has been confirmed, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Germany: 2 to 5 business days
  • United States: 4 to 8 business days

Tracking Your Order: 

Can't wait for your order to arrive? We've got you covered! 

Tracking codes and shipment tracking links are automatically sent to the email address you provided when placing your order. 

You can follow the shipping status using the link included in the email. 

Use the tracking code we sent you in the shipping confirmation email (which you should receive a few days after placing your order) to find out how close your new product is!

Incorrect Address Disclaimer: 

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. Errors can occur, for example if your computer uses autofill and automatically added a different address. If you believe the address is incorrect in any way, you must notify us immediately so we can update the details before fulfilment.

Returns: 

When you place an order with us, you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. The return must include your order number as well as your name and address so we can quickly identify it as yours.
