Right of Withdrawal Information

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without stating any reasons. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. 

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (AZIKX, Kasselbergweg 37, 63619 Bad Orb, Germany, support@azikx.store by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. 

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund the entire amount you have paid. We will refund the amount within 2 days after the product has arrived at the returns center. Depending on the payment processing, it may take up to 5 business days for the refund amount to reach you. We will use the same payment method you used. No additional costs will be incurred for the refund. 

You must return the items to us within 30 days of receipt of the goods. We only accept returns in perfect, unused condition.
